The Xenia Community Schools Foundation is hosting a fundraising event on November 3, 2023. Proceeds will benefit both XCSF’s Classroom Grants Program and the Music/Theater Program at Xenia Community Schools.
The event will include 10 rounds of charitable bingo, pull-tabs, a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, Pick a Prize raffle, and a raffle for a 65 inch smart tv. Food and soft drink beverages will be available for purchase.
The event open at 4:00 pm for all activities except bingo, which will begin at 6:00 pm. All events will end by 9:00 pm. Pull tabs will be available from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Advance purchase of bingo packets is available as follows:
$5.00 advance purchase – 10 game one card “face” package – ($7.00 at door day of event)
$10.00 advance purchase – 10 game three card “face” package – ($12.00 at door day of event)
Advance purchase bingo packets will be picked up at the door on the day of the event. Advance purchases of packets can be made by using PayPal, debit card our credit card. Click on the “Donate Today!” button and follow the instructions.
This is an adult only event. All attendees must be 18 or over. Soft drinks, water and a variety of food items and snacks will be avail able for purchase.
